6nm EUV advanced process

With advanced 6nm EUV lithography technology, the wavelength of the process light source is reduced to 13.5nm, and the near-X-ray accuracy results in extremely high lithography resolution, resulting in a better balance between cost, performance, and power consumption. Compared with the previous 7nm process, the 6nm EUV transistor density is increased by 18%, and the chip power consumption is reduced by 8%, enabling excellent performance in a smaller size.

UNISOC’s chipsets have been certified by over 270 carriers worldwide, including China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Broadcasting Network, Telcel, Claro, Orange, Vodafone, and AIS, and are already being used in a variety of commercial products.

Next-Generation Energy-Efficient Design

UNISOC's next-generation low-power design, combined with its AI-based smart regulation technology, provides outstanding energy efficiency. In typical applications, power consumption can be reduced by up to 35% compared to traditional 5G setups.

5G SA and NSA Networks

UNISOC's 5G solution supports 5G non-independent (NSA) and independent (SA) networking at the same time. It supports the Sub-6GHz global mainstream frequency band and FDD+TDD mode, which can flexibly realize various 5G connections worldwide.
