The 7861 is a mid-range, cost-effective 8-core 4G SoC with a 12nm manufacturing process. It adopts an 8-core architecture of 2*A75@1.6GHz + 6*A55@1.6GHz. It supports Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS, USB Hub, UFS2.2 storage interfaces, etc. It also supports LTE Cat.7 and L+L DSDS (Dual Sim Dual Standby), and has strong multimedia capabilities. The operating system supports the Android 12 system and will continue to evolve. It is applicable to industry scenarios such as smart payment, industrial handheld devices, video recognition, and multimedia terminals.

Life cycle

Starting from Android 12 (which supports a running environment with a small memory of 1GB + 8GB), the Android version will continue to be upgraded. The life cycle is planned until 2030. 

It is hardware-compatible with the 7863 within the 12nm product family and shares the same Android software baseline, which facilitates the investment of minimal research and development resources and enables the combination of products in different grades as well as the inheritance of requirements.
