M6870

6nm high-end intelligent display solution platform.

The M6870 is the latest generation of 6nm virtual reality intelligent display platform from UNISOC. This chip integrates a 4-core Arm Cortex-A76 + 4-core Arm Cortex-A55 CPU and is equipped with an Arm Mali-G57 MC4 GPU. It has the Dual MIPI screen-driving capability and supports the 4K Display Port output of the XR station, realizing functions such as low power consumption, ultra-small size, and dual-screen different display. Meanwhile, it combines a 4-core ISP architecture with a new generation of AI-dedicated acceleration engines, adopts the latest Vivimagic 6.0 image engine from UNISOC, a full-path 4K HDR+ display engine, and supports an NPU computing power of up to 8 TOPS. It can support up to 6 cameras and is compatible with multiple external Wi-Fi 6 solutions.
