We have noticed the announcement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Announcement') made by Tsinghua Unigroup (hereinafter referred to as 'Unigroup') at 5:34 pm on July 9th，2021. The Announcement states that, on July 9th 2021, Unigroup received a notice from the Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court regarding the application by creditors to the court for the bankruptcy reorganization of Unigroup. In respect of the impact of the announcement on UNISOC (Shanghai) Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'UNISOC'), UNISOC states as follows:

Unigroup is one of the shareholders of UNISOC with a shareholding of 35.23%. UNISOC is a legal entity operating independently under the law. Since the establishment of the new management team at UNISOC in early 2019, there has been no overlap in the management team and business between Unigroup and UNISOC. Unigroup is not directly involved in the business operations and decision-making process of UNISOC. For the timing being, the announcement do not have any direct impact on UNISOC 's sales and business operations.

UNISOC 's business has been growing steadily since the beginning of 2019, with improved product competitiveness and rapidly increasing revenue. UNISOC foresees a much stronger business growth for 2021.
